Your logo, promotional copy (200 words) and hyperlink will be included on the delegate Conference App. With your logo on every page and an option for your own custom survey to delegates of up to 8 questions. This App will be the delegate's go-to source for digital information on the conference including the program, speaker profiles, venue maps and much more.
Delegate Satchel Sponsor $5,000
Participants will receive the Conference material, including the pocket program, in a satchel printed your logo. Each delegate is guaranteed to see your every day during the Conference. You also have the opportunity to include one insert in each satchel.
Barista Cafe $5,000
This package includes the fixed set-up costs to provide a barista and espresso machine and complimentary delegate coffees for the duration of the conference.
Welcome Reception $4,000
This event is always a highlight for delegates. It is the first opportunity for delegates to connect at the Conference. Your logo will be featured with the function description in all printed material, the conference app and on the website. This is one of only two opportunities to address delegates at the Conference.
ePoster Sponsor $3,000
Located within the exhibition and catering area, the ePoster screens will be located in designated areas for delegates to view the ePosters. The ePoster template onto which the posters are designed will be branded with your logo as will the instructions on how to navigate the ePosters on each flat screen
Pocket Program Sponsor $3,000
Your logo and promotional copy (100 words) will be printed in the Pocket Program that will be given to all attendees. The Pocket Program will include a summary of the program and exhibition information. The Pocket Program is the guide to the Conference for all attendees, so your profile will be seen continuously throughout the Conference.

Each delegate will be issued a name badge printed with your logo. Your logo will be visible on every delegate at the conference and be seen whenever a delegate looks at a name badge.

Please check the website for speaker details. A range of international and national keynote speakers will be invited to present at the NAHC conference. This is a prestigious branding opportunity to be associated with a leader in your field or work with a session relevant to your organisation.

Your company name will be the wireless password for internet provided to delegates throughout the conference. Signage reminding delegates of the wireless log in details will be branded with your logo.

Exhibitor Game Prize Sponsorship $In-Kind
This is a fun opportunity to support the exhibitor networking game at the conference by donating a prize that will be awarded randomly to those delegate who take part.
The Delegate App game is designed to encourage delegates to visit and interact with the exhibitors. Delegates must visit each exhibition site to collect a portion of a secret phrase by scanning a QR CODE from each exhibitor. When they have the full phrase they will be eligible to enter the draw for the donated prizes.

Terms and Conditions for Sponsors and Exhibitors
Changes to the Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors and Sponsors
Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions for Sponsors and Exhibitors.
Conference Design will email sponsors and exhibitors of any significant changes to the sponsorship and exhibition packages, the exhibition floor plan or these terms and conditions. Significant changes will be emailed to the relevant sponsors and exhibitors. Minor changes will be updated on the web site without notice.
Cancellation or Postponement of the Conference
Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the conference being cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.
An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.
In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed refunds will not be issued. All available funds will be credited towards a future conference held by the hosting organisation.
When booking a sponsorship package or exhibition booth please appoint and advise a single point of contact. All information including sponsorship, exhibition, registration, function and accommodation bookings will be recorded under the one name. All confirmations and notices will be sent to this person.
Exhibition Floor Plan
The exhibition floor plan is subject to change without notice. The floor plan is not to an exact scale, but accurately represents the relevant positions of booths.
Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee will allocate site positions after taking into account each organisation's sponsorship, the date of confirmation of participation, preferences, proximity to competitors and any other relevant matters deemed appropriate.
AUD and GST
All costs are inclusive of GST and are in Australian Dollars.
The conference and exhibition will not have designated security personnel. No valuable items should be left unattended at your booth at any time and especially not overnight.
No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to equipment and display materials
Cancellation of Sponsorship and Exhibition Bookings
Cancellation of a sponsorship or exhibition booking must be advised in writing to Conference Design.
Cancellations received up to121 prior to the Conference will receive a refund of any payments, less the non-refundable 50% deposit paid to confirm the sponsorship or exhibition booking. Cancellations received on or after 120 days prior to the Conference will will not receive a refund.
Anyone from your Organisation attending the conference or guests you wish to invite to the Conference must register with Conference Design before the conference. An official conference name badge will be required to access the conference and exhibition area.
Signs and Banners
No signs or banners may be affixed to the venue and should be free standing, pop-up banners to allow for easy placement.
Damage to the Venue
The cost to repair any damage to the venue deemed to have been caused by your staff, contractors, agents or guests will be the sole responsibility of your organisation.
There is limited storage on site for exhibition equipment or packaging.
Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee do not accept any loss for late or undelivered material even where your Organisation has used a recommended supplier.
All exhibitors must have public liability insurance for the period of the exhibition. NAHC will not be responsible for any loss or injury that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees registrants, the public or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during and the subsequent period of the meeting. Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless NAHC from all liability (damage or accident) that might ensue from any cause resulting to or connected with the transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.
Every effort has been made to present, as accurately as possible, all the information contained in this brochure. The Organising Committee only to procure and arrange these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers.
No liability is accepted for any inaccuracy, nor for delay or damage, including personal injury or death, howsoever caused resulting from or arising out of reliance upon any general or specific information published in this brochure. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to change any or all of these details.
All custom stands must fit within the purchased floor area and at the correct dimensions. Custom stands must not exceed 4.0 metres high.

All packing and transportation crates and containers must be stored offsite during the conference and you should arrange this with your courier.

at the time of the Conference and will name, company and state.
