Workshop
Rising together: A resilience workshop for allied health professionals
Co-facilitating with Liza Seubert & Rhonda Clifford

An interactive and engaging workshop to equip allied health professionals with tools and strategies to enhance their resilience. Drawing in the research of Prof Brené Brown, who says to cultivate resilience we need to learn how to recognise and challenge the stories we tell ourselves. These stories are shaped by our experiences, values, beliefs, and perspectives, and they often have a powerful impact on our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By becoming more mindful of the stories we create in our minds, we can develop greater self-awareness and learn how to respond to adversity in a more positive and productive way.

In the workshop we will explore the role of these narratives in our lives and how they can shape our ability to be resilient in the face of adversity.
