Allied Health: Moving towards data-driven patient-centric care in the hospitals and community settings

Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) play a crucial role in helping patients across hospitals and community settings reintegrate to society in a way that is meaningful to them. Data analytics and insights are important tools that AHPs should leverage to enhance care, communication and patient satisfaction. Using some examples from Singapore, this presentation will discuss efforts in analysing clinical, process and finance data and deriving insights to inform policy changes, to redesign roles/processes and improve rehab care across settings.
